How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12 PM ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan) take 2–3 business days, the rest of Pakistan 4–6 business days, and international orders 10–15 business days. Custom orders need 3–7 extra days for crafting, and Eid or festive season can add 1–2 days.
Are the colours truly handmade?
Yes. Every chunri is hand-tied and naturally dyed by our artisans in Abbas Nagar, so slight variations in shade and bandhani dots between pieces are normal. They are the mark of handwork, not a defect.
What is the 20% order confirmation advance?
We ask for 20% of your order total as an advance to confirm your order, and you pay the remaining balance on delivery. Prefer to pay everything now? Pay 100% in advance and get Rs. 100 OFF your order. Advance payments go to Easypaisa 03150067094 (HnSChunri); please send the screenshot on WhatsApp 0345 8740419.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We exchange only if we deliver the wrong item (wrong size, wrong design or wrong article) or a damaged item. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with parcel photos on WhatsApp. We do not exchange for change of mind or for a size you ordered, and sale items are final. Can I customise my chunri?
Yes. Colours, fabric and designs can be customised on request, for weddings, Eid, gifting and bridal sets. Message us on WhatsApp 0345 8740419 with your requirements before ordering and we will confirm the price and timeline.
